Font machine is a bitmap font tool for Monkey and BlitzMax.
This tool allows the creation and usage of great bitmap fonts in your multi-platform Monkey games.
The tool also includes a state-of-the-art Bitmap font editor that allows for layered fonts contents including separation of borders, drop shadows, or texturing of typographic faces.
This tool has been used in several commercial games such as the award winning New Star Soccer.
Sound3D Sound3D is a BlitzMax module that provides real 3D sound to games being made with miniB3D. It works in a very similar way to the 3D sound routines that where present in B3D, but we’ve added some changes in order to benefit more of the OpenAL library.
This module is based on the previous work made by Klepto2 (minisound3d) and Mark sibly (the OpenAL max driver). However, this version has some differences on the classes design, has had several fixes and improvements, and let’s you use some of the features OpenAL has (such as real per-entity doppler effect).
This project is a open source graphical interface library for its use with Monkey Mojo. It’s inspired by the Microsoft Windows.Forms GUI system, but several orders of magnitude simpler. It provides an efficient events system and it is easy to integrate on Monkey games or applications.
Haprl is a small programming language written in Monkey with the aim to make the compiler and runtimes be able to run in a bunch of devices and architectures. Currently this language is on design status. This is an Academic Research project, as I wish it becomes useful to others, I’m writing it under an open source license.
